The 5th Annual Grant Application closed on July 20, 2026. Our next round of applications will be accepted in July 2027. The Phase 2 Application is by invitation only, and finalists will be contacted on August 14th. 4th Annual Grant Awardees
In 2022, we launched our annual Micro-Grant Program to farmers, ranchers, fisheries, and aquaculture purveyors. PCF has now distributed 25 grants, which translates to more than $90,000 in contributed funds over 4 years to California-based foodways operations. A Stupendous Milestone
We are a private family foundation aiming to positively impact the security of our food supply chain in the face of climate change, discrimination, and rising costs. Our goal is to strengthen local food systems by connecting with and advocating for future generations of stewards in our Golden State. As of this grant cycle, we are proud to share we have now awarded 25 grants!
